Will never buy from again

I ordered a bag, paid for it including £3.50 delivery royal mail (1-2 days).

After several days I received a message from this company to say parcel was on its way. The tracking information was for Yodel and not royal mail!!

After another week I complained as the tracking had not moved and shown item has not even been collect yet.

This was a Fathers Day present!! On the Friday after I complained again I got an email to say sorry it had been overlooked an to check tracking tomorrow for updates.

On Monday the tracking showed it had been collected by Yodel. The next day I received another email to say I had been issued a full refund.

When I checked the tracking my order had disappeared.

This company is an absolute joke!!!!
